2. Craftsmanship & Exclusivity
SmoothFinder Chocolatier prides itself on uncompromising quality and artisanal craftsmanship. Our gourmet chocolates are handcrafted in limited batches. As a result of this meticulous manual process, slight variations in color, texture, and presentation may occur. These variations are a hallmark of genuine artisanship rather than defects.
Product photography on our website showcases premium packaging and idealized presentations. While we strive for absolute accuracy, the final arrangement of your luxury gift presentation may vary slightly to ensure the utmost freshness and structural integrity during transit.
3. Purchasing, Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Due to the sourcing of rare cocoa and premium ingredients, pricing is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our collections at any time.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payments must be cleared in full before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or inventory shortages.
4. Delivery & Temperature Control
Chocolate is a delicate, temperature-sensitive product. Deliveries within Dhaka and greater Bangladesh are handled through specialized courier services to maintain premium condition.
While we ensure rigorous quality control and specialized insulated packaging upon dispatch from our Banani facility, SmoothFinder Chocolatier cannot be held liable for delays caused by external shipping providers, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges within the region.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are perishable luxury goods, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or significantly compromised, you must contact us exclusively via email at gifts@smoothfinder.live within 12 hours of receipt. Please include clear photographs of the compromised packaging and chocolates to facilitate an expedited review for potential replacement.
